I'm Lucy, The Massage Therapist.
I specialise in relaxation techniques to help you rest, restore and revive.
As a holistic practitioner, I work to treat you as a whole person rather than treating an ailment. I have worked with previous clients to assist with sleep issues, stress, overworked muscles and those who are after a little R&R.
As a level 4 therapist with a First Class Honours in Complementary Healthcare BSc, I have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology and use this to inform my practice.

Holistic Massage is personalised to your needs, no two treatments re the same. A consultation will allow us to understand your needs and treatment aims.
Please note that the above times include a fifteen-minute consultation for the first treatment.

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES:
As massage treatments are close contact, Covid safety is extremely important to me.
I am double vaccinated and will be wearing a mask throughout the treatment, I kindly ask that clients to do the same. You will not need to wear a mask throughout the whole treatment- only when laying face up on the massage couch and during the consultation.
I will be keeping a record of all clients who come for a treatment in compliance with track & trace. If you present with any symptoms please let me know prior to your treatment and do not attend.
As well a standard consultation (for new clients) a Covid-19 consultation will also be taken prior to your treatment.
